Do dogs need to be vaccinated?
I’ll talk through vaccination requirements with you when you get in touch. They’re different for grooming, walking and boarding.
Can I meet you before I book?
Of course. A quick chat or meet-and-greet is the best way to see whether we’re a good fit, and for your dog to meet me.
What if my dog is nervous or older?
Lots of my customers are! Tell me about your dog’s quirks and we’ll go at their pace, with breaks and cuddles as needed.
What should I bring for boarding?
Their usual food, bedding and any medication, plus a favourite toy. I’ll send you a full list when we agree dates.
How do I pay?
We’ll agree payment when we confirm your booking. I’ll let you know which methods I take.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Please give me as much notice as you can. I’ll share my cancellation details when we book.
